What shipping method do you use?
- USPS Priority mail is my preferred shipping method for orders within the U.S.
- You have the option of adding USPS Insurance at checkout. The rates are only $1.75 for orders up to $50 and $2.25 for orders $50.01-100.
- For International orders I will ship either Priority Flat Rate AirMail or First Class Air Mail.
- Large items such as shelves will be shipped via UPS.
How long will it take to get my order?
- Most of my items are painted as they are ordered. The average delivery time is about 7-10 days after receiving your order & payment - this can vary depending on the item, my workload and distance the package has to travel. Completed in stock items that require little or no customization will go out faster.
- I will let you know by email what the time frame is for completing and shipping your order. With Priority Mail most packages are delivered within 2-3 days after mailing within the U.S., and 10-14 days outside of the U.S.
- If you are in a rush - please let me know! If my schedule allows - I may be able to expedite your order. Please contact me before ordering to get a time estimate.
- You will receive an e-mail when your order ships. If for any reason there will be a delay in shipping - you will be notified by e-mail.
- Please keep in mind turnaround times may be longer during the peak holiday season of Oct-Dec. Order early to ensure timely delivery!
What is your return/exchange policy?
- All sales are final. My work is created with the closest attention to detail. The charm of handmade art is the uniqueness of each piece. Your finished piece may not look exactly like the sample picture you order from. There may be small variations in color or shape. Even if I paint multiples of the same design at the same time they will not look exactly alike!
What happens if my order is damaged or lost in the mail?
- I pack each order to ensure it arrives to you safely. Luckily I’ve had no problems with packages going astray!
- But if something does go wrong - Please contact me and let me know what the problem is. I will work with you to resolve it.
- Please note that if you have not purchased insurance - replacements, if possible will be at your own expense.
- If I cannot replace an item and have to refund your order for any reason only the merchandise amount minus the shipping will be refunded.
